Club Car. We strip the cart down to the frame, rear differential and front

suspension. The chassis is inspected to ensure it is damage or defect

free. It is then pressure and acid washed to return the aluminum back

looking new. This provides a clean slate to platform to begin the

rebuilding process. The rear differential is inspected with all rear

bushings and brake shoes being replaced. The motor and all electrical

ensure safe operation are completed.
